Q: Can I bring dolls from any company?
A: Yes! Collectors are welcome to bring dolls from any company. The event will feature clothing and accessories vendors, a display table, and designated photo areas to enjoy throughout the day.
Q: Can I bring more than one doll?
A: Yes! Just keep in mind you are responsible for the dolls you bring.
Q: Is trading allowed?
A: Yes we have a dedicated swap table that opens at 2:00pm
Q: Is there parking?
A: Yes, lots of free parking spaces on site. Free parking on the side streets. Disability parking in marked in the parking lot at the back of the building closest to the building.
Q: Is it disability accessible?
A: Yes, there is access to the elevator on the main floor from the parking lot (staff will be present). There are also disability bathrooms on site. (Staff will assist).
Q: Is food and drink allowed?
A: Yes, we have a dedicated area for food and drink in the event space.
Q: Is this beginner-friendly?
A: Yes! Resin Circle Convention welcomes both new and experienced collectors.
Q: Age restrictions?
A: It is an all ages event however we recommend ages 12 and up.Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Q: Refund policy?
A: All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges
Q: Are recasts allowed?
A: To support original artists and creators, recast dolls are not permitted at Resin Circle Convention.

A: Please come prepared. There are no ATMs on site
Q: Why have the ticket prices increased?
A: For Year 2, Resin Circle is moving to a larger venue with increased capacity, improved accessibility, expanded parking, and additional space for vendors, displays, activities, and socializing. We are also working to provide an even better convention experience through enhanced raffle prizes, VIP offerings, and event features.
These changes allow us to continue growing Resin Circle while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for attendees, vendors, and collectors alike. Thank you for supporting our community and helping us make Year 2 our biggest event yet!
